These terms cover your use of Rotatr, run by Brett Shumaker, an individual based in Ohio, USA. By using Rotatr you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Using Rotatr
- You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a plan.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, including what editors you invite do to your teams.
- Only enter player information you have the right to use. First names or jersey numbers are enough.
- Don’t misuse Rotatr: no breaking it, scraping it, reselling it or using it for anything illegal.
Your content
Your rosters, lineups and match data are yours. You let us store and display them so Rotatr can work, including to coaches you invite and to anyone you share a live score link with.
Plans and payment
- Free costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Season Pass is a one-time payment for 90 days. It doesn’t renew. Buying another adds 90 more days.
- Pro is billed yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing; Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
- Club plans are arranged by email and billed as agreed.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change; a change never affects time you’ve already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it removes your data and forfeits any unused paid time, with no refund. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Rotatr accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” Rotatr is a planning aid: you’re responsible for following your league’s rules on lineups, rotations and substitutions.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in coaches in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA.
