Full refund within 7 days
If Rotatr isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of buying a Season Pass or a Pro year and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
After 7 days
- Season Pass: no refunds after 7 days.
- Pro: you can cancel any time so it doesn’t renew. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for. We don’t refund the rest of a year after the first 7 days, including after a renewal.
- Club: as agreed with your club.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account forfeits any unused paid time, with no refund. If you want a refund, ask before you delete.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up in 5–10 business days.
